AT THE GALLERY DINNING TABLE

On Mother’s Day, we had the pleasure of collaborating with artist Caelene Nee Glen to create a truly special and memorable evening, hosted in the serene and inspiring setting of her beautiful art gallery. Guests were treated to an exquisite four-course vegan and gluten-free fine dining menu, thoughtfully prepared to delight every palate. Alongside the meal, we showcased a limited edition collection of photography by Meishan, adding an artistic touch to the experience. The evening concluded with a tea tasting featuring organic Lapsang Souchong, a floral-flavor black tea known for its rich and aromatic notes. As guests savoured each sip, the gentle melodies of ancient Chinese Gu Qin music, performed live by Meishan, filled the room, bringing a calming and insightful ambiance to this unique and heartfelt celebration.
